How do I receive my e-ticket after booking?

You will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket immediately after your payment is successfully verified.

What is included in the ticket price?

The price includes the fast boat crossing, insurance, and (depending on your choice) a shuttle service to/from your hotel.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

How do i book for the fastboat and transport pick up or drop off?Yes, changes can be made up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.

How long does the trip from Bali to Gili Islands take?

The journey usually takes between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on sea conditions and the departure point.

How do i book for the fastboat and transport pick up or drop off?

First select the harbor and the date you want.
After that you need to fill the customer data and pick up or drop off services and finish your payment.

Are the fast boats safe?

Absolutely. All our partner boats are equipped with international standard safety gear, including life jackets and rafts.

Is hotel pick-up included in the ticket?

We offer both “Ticket Only” and “Ticket + Shuttle” options. Please ensure you select the shuttle option during booking if needed.
